Did you know there are different types of hydroponic systems? Here’s a look at the main ones:

1. NFT (Nutrient Film Technique):

• This method uses a thin stream of nutrient solution that flows over the plant roots, which are placed in troughs or narrow channels.
• The plants sit above the channel, allowing their roots to be constantly bathed in the nutrient solution.

2. DFT (Deep Flow Technique):

• In DFT, the nutrient solution flows at a higher rate than in NFT and covers a deeper section of the growing medium.
• Plants are immersed in a continuously flowing nutrient solution within the system.
